It is situated 6 km away from Koslanda in Badulla District on Colombo-Badulla highway.  දියලුම ඇල්ල ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ඇති අති සුන්දර දිය ඇල්ලකි. එහි උස මීටර 220 ක් වන අතර එය දැනට ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ දෙවැනියට උසම දිය ඇල්ල වෙයි. උස අතරින් ගත් කල ලෝකයේම 361 වන තැනට දියලුම පත් වී ඇත. මෙය බදුල්ල දිස්ත්‍රික්කයට අයත් කොස්ලන්ද නගරයට කිලෝමීටර 6 ක් දුරින් පිහිටා ඇත.
